Ashtanga Yoga with Jean - Fri 1-2pm

Ashtanga Yoga is a set sequence of postures that will focus on strength, flexibility and balance, while developing an understanding of how the breath works with the movement.

Yogalaties - Sun 4-5pm

Yogalaties offers a combination of the dynamic stretch and strength of Yoga and the core strengthening of Pilates to enhance mind and body awareness, through breathwork and postural alignment, whilst engaging the deep abdominal core muscles.

Yin Yoga - Sun 5-6pm

Yin Yoga is a slow and relaxing class that works into the deeper connective tissue of the body (the Yin tissue) with focus on the hips, pelvis and spine. A restful class that focuses on restoring flexibility and unlocking muscular tension and tightness that accumulates without us even noticing.

Physio Guided Pilates - Thurs 12-1pm

This class is ideal if you want to improve your posture, balance, strength, tone and flexibility. Led by Sheila, a Physiotherapist with extensive experience in musculoskeletal conditions and pain management, the classes develop muscle tone and conditioning, rather than muscle bulk, resulting in a longer, leaner you.
