Player memberships
Player memberships available for 2025/26 are listed below and are available to purchase from 1 July 2025.
By signing up for a Senior Player membership, the player agrees to abide by the WFC Code of Conduct and agrees to the Player's Declaration.
Similarly, on signing up, all Junior Players agree to the video & photography policy and the young player's declaration which can be viewed here.

Once you have completed this process, your digital season tickets (and match tickets) will be fulfilled through Fanbase.

PLAYERS (SENIOR)
STANDARD - £200.00
U21/STUDENT - £150.00

PLAYER SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP (SENIOR)

This category of membership is for those playing solely in the Men's 2AXV / Women's 2XV or for those playing touch rugby, and does not include kit.

SCHOOL LEAVER

For players who left school in 2024/25. Includes all the benefits of the Senior Playing memberships except kit (this can be purchased separately).

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
Tier 1 - £350 / Tier 2 - £400
Tier 1 = 3 individuals (2 adults & 1 playing child or 1 adult & 2 playing children)
Tier 2 = 4 individuals (2 adults & 2 playing children or 1 adult & 3 playing children)
- Coaching by qualified and Child Protection certified parent coaches
- Free entry to all home league matches for Men's & Women's 1XV (excludes cup games)
- SRU Player Insurance
- Branded, Macron reversible WFC Warriors playing jersey (for P2 pupils or new players only)
- Warrior players to form guard of honour / half time game at WFC home matches
- Opportunity to be part of Ball Team for 1XV home matches (P5 - P7 only)
- Warriors teams play in several tournaments each year
- Opportunity to be part of an end of Season Tour (P3 - 7 only and subject to additional cost)
