James Dow to join Haverfordwest County media team on permanent basis
Haverfordwest County AFC are delighted to welcome James Dow to the club’s media team on a permanent basis.
James has been a familiar face at the Dynamite Bridge Meadow for the last two seasons, having initially carried out his university work experience placement with the club throughout the successful 2024-25 campaign.
His enthusiasm and willingness to contribute to the club’s ever-growing media output led to him remaining with the club on a voluntary basis for the 2025-26 season, as he attended both home and away matches to assist with coverage across our social media platforms.
James has been responsible for capturing a number of the men’s first team’s high points in the last couple of years, including our European play-off final victory in 2024-25, our trip to Malta in the UEFA Conference League qualifiers in the summer of 2025 and last season’s European play-off semi-final win over Barry Town United.
James, who is from Haverfordwest, will continue to play an important role on matchdays, helping to showcase everything that goes on both on and off the field at the Dynamite Bridge Meadow, while also contributing to the club’s day-to-day media output from both a written and videography perspective.
Speaking about his new role, James said: “It’s a pleasure to take on a more official role at a club that means so much to me.
“I’ve developed so much during my time here over the past few years, and I’m really excited to keep progressing and play my part as we enter an exciting period for the club.”
