Match Report - Bangor
The first League match for Bala in the 2nd tier of Welsh football for 18 years sees us travel to Bangor for an enthralling opening encounter in the Cymru North League.
The stadium brings back vivid memories of the historic Welsh Cup win in 2017. The pitch was in superb condition considering the weather drought which we have suffered and both sides must be relishing playing on this surface this evening. Bangor’s keeper was forced into a fine 4th minute save from Craig Lindfield. Bala were well on top for the first 20 minutes but Bangor looked dangerous on the break forcing 3 corners.
