Rôl Ymddiriedolwyr | Trustee Position

Mae Clwb Cefnogwyr Tref Caernarfon yn chwilio am Ymddiriedolwr newydd yn dilyn ymddiswyddiad un o'n Hymddiriedolwyr sydd wedi gwasanaethu'r Clwb am nifer o flynyddoedd.

Mae hon yn rôl wirfoddol bwysig sy'n helpu i ddiogelu asedau'r Clwb er budd y Clwb Cefnogwyr a'i aelodau.

Cyfrifoldeb yr Ymddiriedolwyr yw dal eiddo ac asedau'r Clwb ar ran y Clwb Cefnogwyr yn unol â Rheolau'r Clwb. Maent yn helpu i sicrhau bod yr asedau hyn yn parhau i gael eu defnyddio i gefnogi amcanion y Clwb.

Nid yw Ymddiriedolwyr yn ymwneud â rhedeg y Clwb Cefnogwyr o ddydd i ddydd.

Rydym yn chwilio am rywun sydd:

•⁠ ⁠â diddordeb yn nyfodol Clwb Cefnogwyr Tref Caernarfon

•⁠ ⁠yn gallu gweithredu'n onest, yn deg ac er lles y Clwb

•⁠ ⁠yn barod i weithredu'n annibynnol pan fo angen

•⁠ ⁠yn gallu ymrwymo i fynychu cyfarfodydd achlysurol os oes angen gwneud penderfyniadau gan yr Ymddiriedolwyr.

Nid oes angen unrhyw brofiad blaenorol fel Ymddiriedolwr.

Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn cael ei ethol gan aelodau'r Clwb Cefnogwyr mewn Cyfarfod Cyffredinol Arbennig, yn unol â Rheolau'r Clwb.

Caernarfon Town Supporters Club is looking to appoint a new Trustee following the resignation of one of our long-serving Trustees. 

This is an important voluntary role helping to safeguard the Club's assets for the benefit of the Supporters Club and its members.

The Trustees are responsible for holding the Club's property and assets on behalf of the Supporters Club in accordance with the Club's Rules. They help ensure that these assets continue to be used to support the aims of the Club.

Trustees are not involved in the day-to-day running of the Supporters Club.

We're looking for someone who:

has an interest in the future of Caernarfon Town Supporters Club;

can act honestly, fairly and in the best interests of the Club;

is willing to act independently when required; and

can commit to attending occasional meetings if trustee decisions are needed.

No previous experience as a Trustee is required.

The successful candidate will be elected by the members of the Supporters Club at a Special General Meeting in accordance with the Club's Rules.
