Haverfordwest County and Sandy Bear renew Community Partnership for 2026-27 season

Haverfordwest County AFC are delighted to announce the renewal of our Community Partnership with Sandy Bear Children’s Bereavement Charity for the 2026-27 season.

The renewed partnership will see the Bluebirds continue to work alongside Sandy Bear throughout the coming season, raising awareness of the charity’s vital services while supporting fundraising initiatives and community engagement activities.

Sandy Bear provides specialist bereavement support to children, young people and their families, helping them navigate grief through compassionate, professional guidance. As a club deeply rooted in its local community, Haverfordwest County AFC is proud to continue championing the charity’s important work.

Through the partnership, the club and charity will continue to collaborate on a range of initiatives, including awareness campaigns, fundraising events, matchday activities and opportunities to engage supporters in making a positive difference within the local community.

In addition to our collaboration activities, the charity also benefits from having a pitchside advertising board in a high-visibility location at the Bridge Meadow Stadium, and with the recent news that every Cymru Premier match will be available to watch live via Cymru Premier TV from next season, Sandy Bear can look forward to enjoying even greater levels of exposure.

Both organisations share a common belief that strong communities are built through collaboration, and that sport has an incredible ability to bring people together, inspire positive conversations and create lasting social impact.
