Kingdon Joins The Posset

Portishead Town is delighted to announce the signing of experienced defender Steve Kingdon ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Steve arrives at Bristol Road bringing quality, leadership and a wealth of experience to the squad, adding further strength and depth to the Posset back line.

Steve said:

"Being friends with, and having played with, a lot of the lads here, I've always been aware of the feel-good factor around the club and the standards that have helped bring success over the last few years.

After speaking with the management team and hearing their plans, it felt like the right move for me and one that matched my own ambitions.

I can't wait to pull on the shirt and play in front of the ever-present Posset fans."
