NEW SIGNING: Dominic Odusanya

Aldershot Town are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Dominic Odusanya.

The 27-year-old joins from Chelmsford City, having made 33 league appearances for the Clarets across the 2025/26 season, occupying the role of club captain.

With 30 National League appearances to his name thus far, Odusanya also boasts an extremely impressive record in the sixth-tier. As well as narrowly missing automatic promotion with Eastbourne Borough in 2025, the midfielder played a key part in Maidstone United’s title-winning side of 2021/22, before both scoring and assisting in Braintree Town’s thrilling 4-3 play-off final victory over Worthing in 2023/24.

Following the conclusion of the National League South season, which saw the Clarets finish short of the play-off positions after a strong start to the campaign, Dominic joins the Shots in what is perhaps a long-overdue return to England’s fifth-tier.

Everyone at Aldershot Town echoes a warm welcome to Dominic and looks forward to seeing the midfielder in action this coming summer.

Manager Scott Davies said, " It’s great to have Dom on board with us. He’s one of 3 captains that we have now secured who led their teams last season.

Dom does the stuff within a game that nobody sees, the work that goes unnoticed but is so important. I’m sure he will be a great addition to the group and will add valuable experience".

Dominic’s home, away, and third shirts are available for sponsorship for the 2026/27 season. To enquire, email: [email protected]
