DISABLED SEASON TICKET UPDATE
There has been an update to our policy regarding season tickets for disabled supporters. If you have bought a disabled season ticket or plan to buy one, please read the following carefully.
Anyone purchasing a disabled ticket must present a NIMBUS Access Card, which you can learn more about here: https://www.accesscard.online/how-it-works/
The same card used to validate disabled tickets at venues such as Wembley Stadium will now also be required at The EBB Stadium moving forward. This will be the only card valid for games at The EBB Stadium.
We apologise unreservedly to those who may have purchased the previously advised DID card, and on behalf of the club, Chairman Deane Wood will reimburse the cost. Please provide proof of purchase to [email protected] or call the club on 01252 320211.
The Nimbus Access Card is designed to simplify the process of communicating accessibility requirements. The card translates disabilities or impairments into easy-to-understand symbols.
In addition to identifying access requirements, the Access Card also acts as recognised proof of these needs, removing the requirement for supporters to repeatedly explain their circumstances at different venues. This recognition plays an important role in creating a more inclusive environment. The card not only supports individual accessibility needs but also contributes towards improving accessibility standards for all supporters.
