The Reading Rockets booked their place in the BCB Trophy Quarter-Finals with a composed 89–77 victory over the London Cavaliers at Loddon Valley.
After a tight first half, the Rockets found another gear in the closing stages, pulling away with a dominant defensive display in the final quarter.
Jax Bouknight stole the spotlight, leading the Rockets with 22 points, 8 assists, and 4 rebounds, shooting 47% from the field. His all-round performance earned him Player of the Game honours.
Cooper Creek added 15 points and 8 rebounds, while Victor Olarerin chipped in 13 points and his trademark defensive hustle.
The win sets up an exciting Quarter-Final showdown against Milton Keynes Breakers next Sunday at 5:00pm.
