CELTIC FC WOMEN SEASON TICKET TERMS (SEASON 2025/26): CELTIC F.C. LIMITED, Celtic Park, Glasgow, G40 3RE. Registered in Scotland SC223604, registered VAT number is 653 029 352 (the “Club”, “us” or “we”).


By purchasing and/or becoming a Holder of a Season Ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Season Ticket Terms and Conditions.

  1. What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which the Club supplies the Celtic FC Women season ticket (which will include a digital version thereof) (the “Season Ticket”). These terms apply to all Season Tickets valid from 1 July 2025 until 30 June 2026, or such later date as may be communicated by the Club, (the “Season”) and, unless terminated earlier as set out below, will terminate at the end of the Season. The person named on the Season Ticket will be the holder of the Season Ticket (the “Holder”), who is permitted to enter to New Douglas Park, Hamilton, or any such other stadium as determined and communicated by the Club (the “Stadium”) in accordance with these terms. Any person purchasing a Season Ticket on behalf of a Holder (the “Purchaser”) is required to provide these terms to the Holder and both the Holder and the Purchaser ("you", as applicable) shall be deemed to be bound by these terms.
  2. Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms will form a contract between you and the Club when we confirm your order for a Season Ticket (see “How we will accept your order” below). These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide the Season Ticket and associated services, how the contract may change or end, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. 
  3. Additional terms. Your use of the Season Ticket is also subject to the following additional terms (which are hereby incorporated into the contract): (i) the Ground Regulations, which are exhibited at the Stadium and available at www.celticfc.com; (ii) the Celtic FC Social Mission Statement; (iii) the Unacceptable Conduct Rules; (iv) the terms of any Supporter Charter or Code of Conduct adopted by or binding upon the Club; (v) any specific additional terms and conditions which have been or may be notified to you from time to time, as applicable to the relevant category of Season Ticket (including, without limitation, the Club’s Accessibility Policy and the Club’s Banner Protocol); and (vi) the rules and regulations of any national or international football governing body, authority or organisation which are binding upon the Club as are communicated and apply from time to time, copies of which are all available on request and at www.celticfc.com/tickets/forms-terms-and-policies (together the “Additional Terms”) .
  4. How to contact the Club. You can contact us by telephoning on 0141 226 1888 (option 4), by writing to us at [email protected] or by post to Celtic FC Women, Celtic Park, Glasgow, G40 3RE. 
  5. How we may contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone, SMS or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order. References to "writing" or "written" in these terms include emails. 
  6. Concession Season Tickets: A Concession Season Ticket may only be purchased for, and used by, persons that qualify for the relevant concession rate. Children below the age of 16 years old will qualify for a concession rate Season Ticket. Upon request by the Club, proof of the Holder's eligibility for any Concession Season Ticket must be provided in a form acceptable to the Club in its sole discretion. Where acceptable proof is not provided (as determined by the Club), you will be deemed ineligible for the relevant Concession Season Ticket and clauses 16 (Stadium Entry) and 22 (Breaches leading to confiscation or deactivation) will apply. 
  7. How we will accept your order. By applying to purchase a Season Ticket you are making an offer to the Club to purchase the Season Ticket. The Club’s acceptance of your purchase will take place only when you pay the relevant price for the Season Ticket to the Club and we confirm your order, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and the Club.
  8. If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the Season Ticket and no contract shall be formed. Season Tickets are sold subject to a safety certificate for the Stadium being granted by the appropriate authorities. . 
  9. Timing. We shall make available any Season Tickets, to you either within 30 days from the date we accept your order or by no later than 14 days prior to the first date that you will require the Season Ticket to gain entry to the Stadium.
  10. Digital Ticketing and delivery of physical tickets. Tickets will be issued in a digital format, accessible via a third-party mobile app, Fan Base, or another platform as communicated by the Club. It is the Holder’s responsibility to ensure that they have a charged and functional device to access, download and use the Season Ticket. Your access to the digital Season Ticket will be conditional on: 


(i) acceptance of the applicable terms and conditions of any relevant ticketing services (including any mobile apps or other platforms) provided or used by the Club for the delivery or use of the Season Ticket; and 

(ii) compliance with any reasonable instructions or directions issued by the Club regarding its use.

If you cannot access digital ticketing for any reason and require an alternative arrangement, please contact us using the contact details at ‘How to contact the Club’ in these terms.

  1. Your responsibility for the Season Ticket. The Season Ticket will be your responsibility from the time it is delivered: (i) to you digitally, or (ii) if an alternative to a digital Season Ticket is issued, to the address you provided for delivery or when you collect it from us.
  2. Season Ticket Services. Each Season Ticket is valid for entry to the Stadium for the Holder for: (i) all home SWPL matches; and (ii) such other matches as may be nominated by the Club from time to time. 
  3. Stadium Restrictions and Reduced Capacity Matches. The Club’s decision on the management of stadium restrictions (including any measures intended to prevent or delay the spread of any pandemic or epidemic, including without limitation any mandatory, recommended or desirable measures introduced by any government, regulatory body (including any football regulatory body or authority) or the Club, including management of social distancing measures and/or reduced spectator capacity at the Stadium ("Stadium Restrictions")), shall be final. Tickets to attend any reduced spectator capacity match may be allocated through an online ballot. Further details on any required online ballots will be communicated by the Club ahead of any reduced spectator capacity matches.
  4. No Right to Cancel. By purchasing a Season Ticket, you acknowledge that you do not have a right to cancel this contract, and no refund will be issued. 
  5. Restrictions on re-sale and transfer. The Season Ticket is for the use of the Holder only. Re-sale or transfer of the Season Ticket is prohibited without the consent of the Club. Screenshots of digital tickets are not allowed. If there is a breach of this condition, the Club may cancel the Season Ticket and retain any money paid for it. 
  6. Stadium Entry. The Holder will not be admitted to the Stadium without possession of the Holder’s Season Ticket or, at the Club’s discretion, the appropriate match voucher or a valid match ticket. Entry to the Stadium is subject to these terms (including the Additional Terms).  The Season Ticket is not valid for any events at the Stadium other than the football matches specified at paragraph (11) in these terms. The Club may refuse admission to the Stadium on reasonable cause (including, without limitation, any breach of these terms (including, the Additional Terms) by you or any supporter group with which you are affiliated (“Group”)). 
  7. Seat location. There will be no assigned seating for matches played at the Stadium during the Season. The Club may, in its absolute discretion, relocate you to an alternative seat or part of the Stadium for any match(es). Exercise of this right includes, but is not limited to, the following situations: 
  8. if the Club is required under the rules of a competition, or otherwise, to provide seating for use by or for the competition organiser and/or visiting team; 
  9. if the section of the Stadium in which your seat is located has been closed; and/or 
  10. for health, safety, security, refurbishment, alteration or other operational reason, including Stadium Restrictions and/or any reduced capacity match(es).
  11. Additional Ticket Purchase Options. Priority ahead of public ticket sales. Purchase of a Season Ticket will entitle you to request, if available, a ticket or package of tickets offered for sale by the Club for any other domestic, European or other home match at the Stadium involving the Club, except where the Stadium is being used as a neutral venue or has been hired by a third party. Such request will be given priority over general public sales of those tickets up to a publicised date. After that publicised date the ticket or package of tickets may be made available by the Club for public sale. 
  12. Standards of conduct. The Club regards you as an ambassador for the Club and its supporters worldwide and as such:
  13. you are required to conduct yourself in a manner befitting this status whilst: (i) engaging with the Club or its’ representatives (including players); (ii) when travelling to/from or attending any Club match or other Club event(s); (iii) when otherwise attending the Stadium; (iv) when active on any public forum, including Club social media pages; and/or (v) when otherwise associating yourself with the Club (whether individually or as part of a Group);
  14. drunkenness; illegal drug use; foul, insulting, offensive or abusive language or behaviour; racist, sexist, discriminatory, sectarian or harassing behaviour, remarks, songs, chants, banners or displays; and the promotion or endorsement of any political organisation are not permitted within the Stadium, on the Club’s property, or at any match involving the Club; and 
  15. you must comply with all relevant laws, safety announcements or Stadium regulations while attending any match involving the Club. 
  16. Breaches of conduct. If you (whether individually or as part of a Group), breach these terms and/or the Additional Terms, or if you  whether individually or as part of a Group, commit or facilitate any criminal offence when travelling to/from or attending any Club match or other Club event(s), when otherwise attending the Stadium, and/or when otherwise associating yourself with the Club, the Club may at its sole discretion (and without any refund or compensation being payable to you) take any or all of the following actions against you : (a) issue warnings; (b) refuse entry to the Stadium; (c) ejection from the Stadium; (d) exclusion from any or all future entry to the Stadium; (e) withdrawal of the ability to buy any or all tickets for such period as the Club considers appropriate; (f) confiscation and/or deactivation of the Season Ticket(s); (g) termination of the Season Ticket contract(s); (h) further sanctions in respect of future seasons; and/or (i) take separate legal action against you. 
  17. Season Ticket confiscation or deactivation for the remainder of the Season. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies the Club may have, the Club may confiscate and/or deactivate the Season Ticket for the remainder of the Season if you or your Group behave at or while travelling to/from or attending any Club match or other Club event(s) or when otherwise attending the Stadium, in a manner that the Club, in its reasonable opinion, considers to have brought the Club or its supporters into disrepute. In the event of confiscation or deactivation in these circumstances, the Club will, if there has been no other breach of these terms, refund an amount pro rata for any home matches included within the Season Ticket remaining to be played that Season. Refunds in other circumstances will be subject to the provisions below. 
  18. Breaches leading to confiscation or deactivation. The following will be considered automatically by the Club to be serious breaches leading to possible confiscation and/or deactivation of a Season Ticket for the remainder of the Season: 
  19. misuse of your Season Ticket, including without limitation allowing others to use the Season Ticket in breach of the Season Ticket Terms and Conditions, any unauthorised resale or transfer, or misuse of a Concession Season Ticket (for example if you attempt to use a Concession Season Ticket for which you are not eligible under the Season Ticket Terms and Conditions);
  20. repeated minor breaches; 
  21. failure to comply with warnings or instructions from, or abusive behaviour directed towards, players, Club officials, Club staff, stewards or Police Scotland; committing a criminal offence; 
  22. and endangering the health or safety of you and/or others. 


This list is not exhaustive and any breach of these Terms or the Additional Terms may also lead to confiscation and/or deactivation for the remainder of the Season. Return of a Season Ticket which has been confiscated and/or deactivated for the remainder of the Season to you will be at the sole discretion of the Club. No refund or compensation will be paid to you if a Season Ticket has been confiscated and/or deactivated for the remainder of the Season due to a serious breach that has resulted in disciplinary action against the Club (including by the football authorities), or a loss or liability on the part of Celtic FC and/or the Club. In all other instances, any refunds will be at the Clubs discretion and dependent upon the losses suffered by the Club as a result of the behaviour leading to the confiscation or deactivation for the remainder of the Season.



  1. Your liability. You (whether acting alone or with others, including as part of a Group) shall be jointly and individually liable for, and may be subject to legal action by the Club for recovery of, any fines, losses, penalties, liability or damages suffered or incurred by Celtic FC and/or the Club (including disciplinary action by any national or internation football governing body, authorities or organisation) as a direct or indirect result of the conduct or behaviour of you (or any third party to whom you have provided their ticket, with or without the consent of the Club) or the Group at any Celtic FC Women match (at any home, away or neutral venue, whether or not included within the Season Ticket) or otherwise when attending the Stadium.
  2. Season Ticket Price and Payment. Price. The price payable for the Season Ticket shall be the price communicated to you by the Club before you complete your purchase of the Season Ticket. The prices set out on the Club Website are indicative only and may differ from the actual price payable for the Season Ticket.
  3. Match Dates, Times and Capacity. All match dates, times and stadium capacities are subject to change. The Club is not obliged to provide a refund or compensation if match dates or times for which the Season Ticket is valid change, are unsuitable for you, or you are unable to attend matches included within the Season Ticket. If the Club is unable to provide the Season Ticket Services in full, you will be compensated by the Club for any such reduction in services. Refunds in any other circumstances are at the discretion of the Club.
  4. Lost, damaged or stolen tickets. It is the Holder's responsibility to take care of the Season Ticket and not to deface, obscure or otherwise cover it. The Club is not obliged to replace the Season Ticket if it is lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged. Lost or stolen Season Tickets must be reported to the Club without delay, including instances where you believe your digital ticket account has been compromised. The Club may, at its discretion, following the provision of satisfactory evidence, issue a replacement Season Ticket on payment by you of a non-refundable administration charge of £10 for each replacement. 
  5. Your personal data. The Club is a data controller in respect of personal data submitted by you and will hold and process personal data for legal and administrative purposes, to inform you of your contractual benefits as a Season Ticket Holder or Purchaser (such benefits include the priority that you have over season ticket renewals and the sale of any other match tickets) and, where permitted, for marketing purposes. The personal data provided to the Club shall be processed, stored and transferred in accordance with the terms of the Club’s privacy policy, which is available at celticfc.com. We will use the information you give us to send you information as set out in the Data Protection Statement on the Season Ticket application form or e-ticketing webpage.
  6. Under 16s. If The Holder is under 16 years old, the Holder’s parent(s) and/or guardian(s) and/or individual making payment for the Season Ticket shall also be responsible for the Holder’s actions, conduct and compliance with these terms, including in respect of any liability in accordance with paragraph 10 above. Where appropriate, any references in these terms to “you” shall be deemed to include the individual specified in the relevant order as having parental responsibility for the Holder.
  7. Updates to these terms: The Club may wish to amend these terms (including, the Additional Terms) from time to time. If the Club wishes to amend the terms, it will communicate this and details of the changes to you. 
  8. General: If any provision or part provision of these terms is declared void, ineffective or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the terms shall remain in effect as if such void, ineffective or unenforceable provision or part provision had not been included. 
  9. Waiver: Any waiver by the Club of its rights under these terms must be in writing and will not apply to any future rights or remedies. A delay or failure by the Club to exercise its rights does not mean those rights are waived. 
  10. Governing Law: These terms (and any part thereof) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Scots Law and any dispute arising out or in connection with the terms (or any part thereof) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
