Together, their involvement signals a new era for Larne FC, as the club looks to build on its recent successes and strengthen its position in the NIFL Premiership.

Welcoming Redball to the club, Kenny Bruce said:

“I have always said that when it came time to hand over my shareholding in the club it would be to people who could give Larne FC a competitive edge moving forward and I am firmly of the belief this is the case.

“Since the moment our conversations began, both Nick and Eric have been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the due diligence and legal process.

“Neither are strangers to football in this part of the world and I am confident they will bring immense value to Larne FC in the years ahead, with their drive and professional experience.”

In addition to Bruce’s comments, Minority Shareholder Night Train Veeck also expressed his delight at Redball joining the ownership group, commenting:

“We’re thrilled to welcome Nick Giannotti and Eric Perez of Redball Global FC to the Larne FC family. I look forward to working closely with them as part of the club’s wider ownership group.

“In a short time, they’ve already shown that their passion, experience, and global football perspective will be invaluable as we take the next steps in the club’s journey.

“We also want to extend our deepest thanks to Kenny Bruce, whose extraordinary vision and commitment to the club brought Larne to where it is today — not just on the pitch, but across our entire community. His legacy will continue through ongoing projects, including his plans for a new main stand that will even further enhance Inver Park and its fan experience.

“This moment marks both a celebration of all we’ve collectively built and the next step into an exciting future.”

Nick Giannotti has this to say on behalf of Redball Global FC:

“We want to thank Kenny for all of his dedication to Larne. The club is in a strong position because of him, and his investments in infrastructure.

“It’s very exciting to join a club with a great community, a great ground, great partners, and more. Together I expect glorious days ahead.”

This partnership underscores Larne FC’s commitment to long-term progress, innovation, and excellence in Northern Irish football.
