Ticket Terms and Conditions
The National Grassroots Sports Show 2025
1. Ticket Purchase
By purchasing a ticket for The National Grassroots Sports Show 2025 ("the Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted once a ticket has been purchased, except in the circumstances set out in Clause 3.
3. Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the organiser ("we", "us", "our") cancels the Event in its entirety, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price paid.
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by ticket holders (such as travel or accommodation expenses) in the event of cancellation.
4. Event Rescheduling
If the Event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, please contact us within 14 days of the announcement to request a refund.
5. Changes to the Event
We reserve the right to make changes to the Event (including but not limited to speakers, exhibitors, and schedule) without liability and without any obligation to refund.
6. Ticket Validity
Each ticket is valid for admission for one person on the date(s) stated on the ticket. Tickets must not be resold, exchanged, or transferred without prior written permission from the organiser.
7. Entry Requirements
Entry may be subject to additional conditions, including but not limited to age restrictions, security checks, or venue regulations. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee for reasons of security, safety, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained within the venue unless it is caused by our negligence. Entry is at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
